Patient Translations values your participation in this project. No personal information is gathered on the website, unless it is volunteered during the process of recording. All recordings once uploaded can be used by Halsey Burgund and Kelly Sherman in the public domain for any purpose.

We use the information that is collected automatically by our web server to analyze usage , but no one can contact or identify you from this information.
Uses for Information Collected:
Patient Translations does not collect personally identifiable information from its website and iOS application. The only situation personally identifiable information would be collected would be if users choose to provide that information to us via their recorded story – which we do not recommend. Once recorded stories are uploaded they can be used by Halsey Burgund and Kelly Sherman in the public domain for any purpose.
Visitors between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) must obtain permission from one of their parents or guardians before using any aspect of the website, or recording their story on the website or iOS application.
PatientTranslations.com uses no cookies to track site usage.
The site does not use encryption or SSL as we do not gather any personally identifiable information nor recommend the sharing of personally identifiable information via the recorded patient story.
The Patient Translations website and iOS application contains links to several websites, including some which may not follow the same privacy policies as Patient Translations. Patient Translations is not responsible for the privacy policies of those other sites or how they treat information about their users.
